Byte Harmony Inc. Earns Industry Credential for Managed IT Services Providers

The CompTIA MSP Partners Trustmark is a vendor neutral, business-level credential, designed to qualify and differentiate organizations providing remote IT services via a managed service business model. This credential identifies the MSPs that demonstrate a commitment to providing managed services in a competent manner and strive toward industry best practices. It serves as a reference to the quality of the services these companies provide and the commitment they make to their clients. To receive the MSP Partners Trustmark, an IT service organization must agree to a code of conduct, provide customer references, and submit an application covering a detailed list of criteria.

Byte Harmony Inc. is enrolled in the MSP Partners Trustmark program through 5/16/2014.

About Brian Kerhin

Brian Kerhin is the founder and President of Byte Harmony, Inc. Brian attended college at Iowa State University in Ames Iowa where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Brian focused on software development and network administration while in college also doing a 4 year internship for Wandling Engineering doing 3d animation, designing and implementing their network and networks of their clients. Upon completing his degree he returned home and took a position as Network Administrator for Steel Craft Corporation (Hartford Steel Craft, Snoway International and Hartford Finishing) in Hartford, Wisconsin. Brian left Steel Craft Corporation to devote his full time and attention to Byte Harmony. Byte Harmony has provided computer services out of the Milwaukee area since 2001. Services include computer support (MSP, T&M, Project, Consultation), telecommunications support and outsourcing, Internet hosting and web development.
